Bay Meadows

Bay Meadows is a proud sponsor of the San Mateo Bacon and Brew Festival, an annual event held inside Central Park in downtown San Mateo. Hosted by the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce and The Bone 107.7,  the event will feature specialty food items such as Beer and Bacon ice cream, Bacon Chow Mein, Bacon Fried Rice and much more. Enjoy art and music, as well as Craft Brew tastings. Be sure to stop by the Bay Meadows booth and guess the # of bacon beans, you’ll have a chance to WIN $100 at Bacon Bacon! Get your phone cameras ready to capture your best PIG OUT face! Our roving social street team will be handing out Maple Bacon lollipops to those that snap fun photos and use #baymeadowslife, where you’ll also be entered to win $50-$500 in our San Mateo Fame by Frame photo contest.

Where: On the corner of 5th and El Camino Real.
Walk, bike, take a train or find a few parking options around Central Park.
Buy Tickets: Tickets are $15 ; admission ticket holder includes festival entry and a large beer, glass of wine or soft drink.

Presented By The San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce & The Bone

The Chamber’s festival will feature afternoon entertainment with The Butlers and Dutch Uncle, along with Red Hots Burlesque! There will also be children’s play area with Dr. Solar’s Medicine Show, a bounce house, clowns and face painting.

Food vendors will include Sam’s Chowder Mobile, Bacon Bacon SF, The Counter, Ole Thyme KettleKorn, Rocko’s Ice Cream Tacos, Ehrgood Corn Roast, Naked Chorizo, Sonoma Teriyaki, Three Restaurant, 31st Union, Frozen Kuhsterd, Sugar and Spun, Fletch’s Hot Dogs, among others will roll in their food truck best.

Featured craft brews will be provided by Matagrano and include Hefe Draught, Redhook, ESB, Lh Ipa, KCCO, Kona, LBL, Big Wave, Castaway IPA, Widmer, Upheaval, Omission,  and Square Mile Cider.

Kids 12yrs and under are free, 17yrs under MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult (21yrs).
