Construction Continues Swift Progress

Things are changing at lightning-speed at Bay Meadows. Blink and there are new buildings rising up, new amenities added and memorable experiences being created.

Station 4, the future new habitat of SurveyMonkey, continues its impressive rise. Caltrain commuters have the chance to see the swift progress of this state-of-the-art office building on a daily basis.

Bay Meadows Station office buildings turn the idea of an office campus inside-out by opening out onto our community’s Town Square. Soon to feature pop-up retail and outdoor amenities such as informal meeting space, bocce ball, barbecue areas and fire pits, the Town Square is flanked by two mixed-use buildings.

The Russell and Rendezvous are well under construction and will feature flats with groundfloor retail.

Walkscore.com rates Bay Meadows high on the list for walkable locations to live on the San Francisco Peninsula and for good reason! Bay Meadows has a high Walkscore because it is steps from shopping, groceries, parks, Caltrain, a farmer’s market and a few short miles from downtown San Mateo with its bourgeoning restaurant scene.
