Renting at Bay Meadows – a 5-Star Option
Sure, Bay Meadows offers beautiful homes for sale, but what if you’re not staying in the area for an extended time? Or maybe you want to “test” the Bay Meadows lifestyle before you commit.
There are any number of reasons that renting might make more sense for you. Fortunately, renting at Bay Meadows is a great option.
Just take it from Charles and Joan. Originally from the region, the couple had spent extended periods of time in Arizona and Colorado. Now retired, they returned to the Bay Area to be near their children and grandkids in Burlingame. “We were considering buying a place, but decided to rent to see how [living at Bay Meadows] would work out,” Charles noted.
Charles and Joan live in Field House, the 108-unit apartment community at Bay Meadows, which is joined by The Russell and Quimby as part of The Apartment Collection at Bay Meadows.

The couple named the location as a primary attraction. They walk to Whole Foods to pick up any daily items needed. They enjoy the restaurants nearby, with the Cheesecake Factory at Hillsdale among their favorites.
Field House’s amenities also played a key role in their decision to move here: Charles: “I’m at the gym every day. I ride a stationary bicycle and lift weights and stretch.” Joan goes for runs around the meadow.
Additional thoughts? “The amenities are very well done and everything is well-decorated; the halls and the common areas, all very well-coordinated.”
