Shea Homes of Northern California introduces Victory, 24 homes thoughtfully designed with open concept interiors fitted with the finest finishes and amenities (hello, spa baths!) that stretch wide onto jewel box terraces for indoor/outdoor entertaining. Victory is surrounded by a thriving neighborhood alive with eateries, shops, acres of parks, miles of biking trails, even a community garden. For a behind the scenes look at the design-work and details, we caught up with the design source herself – Julie Ann Stark, Principal and President of Design at CDC Designs.
