Victory Grand Opening Delivers

Neither rain nor wind nor chilly day kept 250+ potential home-buyers from taking a first peek inside the new model homes of Victory at Bay Meadows. This new collection from Shea Homes features five distinct architectural styles and three semi-custom design packages. The only single-family homes at Bay Meadows are ready to love, but won’t be for long. To learn more, visit the sales office at 3088 Baze Road #1-121 or call (650) 458-3426.

Grand opening guests lingered over the sumptuous spread of savory and sweet bites, but it was the Blue Bottle Coffee service, hot and cold, that added a spring to everyone’s step.

For the caffeine-averse, Elixiria offered up its healthful and delicious beverages. Owner of this new startup Alex filled guests in on the nutritious benefits of these delicious juices, tinctures and smoothies. Bonus: Elixiria just opened its second outpost in downtown San Mateo!

Roddy from RH Design services provided a brief talk on what to look for when designing interiors for your home. And Circle Foot Permaculture was on-hand, offering tips for sustainable and beautiful landscaping.

New friends were made:

A giveaway package went to one lucky winner who will enjoy LIFT Fitness goodies, reserve wines and a reserve wine tasting from R.A. Harrison Family Cellars, Blue Bottle Coffee and cold brew bottle.

If the guests at Victory’s Grand Opening were any indication, looks like home-buyers are definitely searching for room to grow:
