Bay Meadows is now fully entitled. The buildings have been designed, sites are ready for development, and all discretionary approvals have been secured for the following program: 1,171 residential units, approximately 750,000 rentable square feet of office space and approximately 93,000 square feet of retail space. Infrastructure construction is underway, and roads, sidewalks, trees and street lights are in.
Once the infrastructure reaches the appropriate stage, individual residential blocks will be sold to builders, who will be identified at a later date. The builders will construct the homes in accordance with the designs and approvals received by Bay Meadows Main Track Investors and Wilson Meany from the City of San Mateo.
