First Time Buyer's Program

In partnership with the City of San Mateo's First Time Buyer Program, Bay Meadows will offer a select number of Below Market Rate (BMR) Residences. These homes will be sold according to the City of San Mateo’s First Time Buyer guidelines and qualifications. The first step towards qualifying to purchase is registering with the City of San Mateo.
