Get ready for upcoming sales events by pre-qualifying with our preferred lenders today. Pre-approval must be completed with our specified Preferred Lenders to participate in sales events at Bay Meadows. In the case of Amelia by TRI Pointe Homes, you can select between two options. If you are interested in purchasing at both neighborhoods, it is necessary to pre-qualify twice. You will need your last 2 Years of W2’s, your last 3 Months of Paystubs, your last 2 Months of Bank Statements and your last 2 Years of Tax Returns to complete the pre-qualification process.
