Station 3, located along Delaware Street between Derby and Landing Avenues, is a warmly detailed building that uses traditional materials to establish an overall contemporary character. Upper floor balconies overlook landscaped plazas and Delaware Street while a dramatic metal cornice caps the building's perimeter. Parking is concealed below the building and within its lower rear level along the Caltrain rail line.
