Ramen Dojo: Sutamina is spicy ramen heaven. Prepare for a 30 min wait as you decide on your custom-spiced rich bowl of ramen at this noodle shop. The spicy garlic pork broth is full of flavor and a must try. With 4 stars on Yelp and over two thousand reviews, the Dojo is a necessity for noodle lovers in Central San Mateo.
