Fieldwork – Now Open for Beer, Bocce, Bites

Care to enjoy a pint of the finest local beer while brushing up on your bocce game? Game on! Fieldwork at Bay Meadows has opened and is welcoming visitors to its beer garden.

Summer hours are: Sunday-Thursday, 11 am-10 pm and Friday/Saturday 11 am- 11 pm.

In addition to 30 beer tap lines, the location features food made to order by Berkeley’s Comal restaurant. The menu will feature chicharrones, tamales, habanero black bean dip, chili-lime corn nuts and Mexican-influenced grilled cheese sandwiches.

Anyone who has visited Fieldwork’s original East Bay taproom knows that the craft brewer is all about creating a family-friendly, community vibe. That combination of Fieldwork’s artisan spirit along with their focus on fun, authentic gathering spaces made them a perfect match to open an outdoor beer garden at Bay Meadows.
