A few months ahead of its fall opening at Bay Meadows, LIFT was featured in the Modern Luxury glossy’s July/August issue.

LIFT owner Erin Wetzel’s credo around fitness is that exercise will simply make you feel better, feel happier, with more energy. In her words, “You’ll feel lifted!”

We think that Erin’s story alone will help you feel lifted. A “mompreneur” who was toning and tightening her way back to her pre-baby physique, Erin got certified as a Dailey Method instructor after a 15-year career as a marketing executive. Two years into the franchise, Erin conceived of LIFT.

Expanding from its original San Jose location, the hugely popular business will open studios in the groundfloor of Station 4 – SurveyMonkey’s headquarters. Soon, workers, residents, LIFT fans and newbies alike will enjoy a variety of workout classes in the new facility.
