Get Ready for LIFT-Off

Are you ready to get all the workout you want in one, friendly, community-minded place? LIFT at Bay Meadows is here!

Here’s what you need to know: LIFT’s soft opening with a week of complimentary classes runs February 5th – 11th. There are classes in Barre, Bike and Heated High-Intensity Interval Training. But hurry … the FREE classes are filling up fast. To sign up, download the Mind + Body app here >

LIFT will follow that up with its Grand Opening February 10th and 11th. Watch for “a big celebration with a live DJ, wine tasting, juice tasting and juice bar, trunk shows, raffle prizes including a free membership, some branded retail and more,” according to LIFT owner Erin Wetzel.

PLUS, it’s not too late to purchase a Founding Membership: $89/first month; $150 each subsequent month. Don’t hesitate because this offer ends February 11th, 2018, more info here >

As promised, LIFT is full of amenities to make your workout as easy as possible. On-site childcare during classes in the “Little LIFTers Childcare Room.” There’s also 3 showers, restrooms and 2 dry bars along with a full retail selection and towel service.

LIFT hits that sweet spot between a big box gym and a high-end single-format studio. Erin’s credo around fitness is that exercise will simply make you feel better, feel happier, with more energy. In her words, “You’ll feel lifted!”

Expanding from its original San Jose location, the hugely popular business is now open on the groundfloor of Station 4 – SurveyMonkey’s headquarters.
