SF Business Times Honors Bay Meadows
In one of the hottest real estate markets in the world during one of the most competitive years on record, the San Francisco Business Times whittled down a huge list of contenders to present just over a dozen winners for the 2017 Real Estate Deals of the Year.
Bay Meadows is honored to be among the awardees, recognized for Quimby, The Russell and Town Square.
In acknowledging the award, Wilson Meany partner Janice Thacher noted, “The swift absorption of Quimby and The Russell speaks to the demand for rental homes that are luxuriously appointed and also reflects how people want to live, work and play today. We call it ‘mid-urban’ — a blend of the best of urban and suburban lifestyles in Bay Meadows’ mixed-use village.”
