Farmers Market Bay Meadows. The NEW Sunday Farmers Market at Bay Meadows in San Mateo is every Sunday from 9:30am – 1:30pm at 3060 S. Delaware Street, corner of E. 31st & Delaware Street at Bay Meadows in San Mateo! July: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. Our local farmers and makers are serving up the freshest fruits, veggies and baked goods. join us for lunch & live music too. Don’t forget to bring the kids, we have a special SWEET PEAS CLUB HOUSE with kids activities! AND for canine lovers, we’ve created a POOCH PIT STOP, complete with fresh water, shade, toys and some love thanks to AMY and her team from GOOD Dog! Walkers and Pet Sitters. Walk, drive, bike or ride Caltrain! We have 100+ parking spots (lot and street parking), bike racks and are steps from Caltrain. The Magic Lantern 3-D Show in Redwood City will cover the San Mateo County History Museum with a plethora of colorful lights. Weekly in July: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31.

The annual Highlands fireworks show takes place July 3 overlooking Crystal Springs Reservoir.

Celebrate Independence Day in Foster City for a spectacular Fourth of July Celebration that includes a family and dog parade, family games, live music, and a grand fireworks display at Leo Ryan Park – 9am to 10pm on July 4.

San Mateo says it’s splash time for Fourth of July! Enjoy 4th of July in the Park at Martin Luther King Park & Pool 11am to 2pm.

Celebrate Independence Day with an Old-Fashioned Fourth in Redwood City. Watch the parade then head inside the History Museum and make Fourth of July crafts from the 1880s.
