Bicycle Sundays! Weekly on Sundays, a 3.8-mile segment of Cañada Road along Crystal Springs Regional Trail is closed between the Filoli entrance and Highway 92 allowing for non-motorized activities including jogging, bicycling, hiking, roller-skating, and walking (Strollers are welcome, but no ball/frisbee activity allowed). Cañada Road between Edgewood Road to the Filoli entrance will remain open to vehicles.

June 1, Biggest Little Air Show 2019. This unique aerial extravaganza includes aerobatic helicopters, computer controlled quadrotors, high performance model rockets and more!!

June 1, PHS/SPCA Mobile Pet Adoptions. First Saturday of the month @ 12-2pm at Hillsdale Shopping Center.

June 1-July 28, Putt’n Around Mini Golf. 18 hole course complete with scaled decorations and nighttime black light golf in Redwood City. Through July on Fridays-Sundays.

June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Farmers Market Bay Meadows. Every Sunday on the corner of E. 31st and Delaware Streets in San Mateo from 9:30am – 1:30pm (Rain or Shine).

June 2, Sundays at Devil’s Canyon Brewing Co.. Spend your sunny Sunday afternoon in a laid back 90-minute yoga class at Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company in San Carlos.

June 6, Twilight Tails. Pups of San Mateo: Save the Date – First Thursday, June 6th for a whole NEW hour of fun in the park where vendors that cater to your pooch will be available to meet and mix (6-7pm).

June 6, 13, 20, 27, Movies on the Square. Experience Redwood City’s high definition surround sound 25’ outdoor theater this summer, showing of 12 movies on Thursday evenings starting at sundown.

June 7, How Seeds Grow in San Mateo County’s History Makers at the History Museum in Redwood City.

June 7, Free First Friday. Explore the History Museum in Redwood City museum, enjoy Playing in the Past and a General Tour.

June 7, 14, 21, 28, Music on the Square. Redwood City presents Music on the Square on Fridays during summer from 6:00-8:00pm, through August 30.

June 8-16, San Mateo County Fair. From the craziest fried concoctions and amazing animal exhibits to the classic carnival midway and awesome concerts, the San Mateo County Fair is back.

June 15, Girls on the Run Charity Sweat Sesh! Join the trainers of OPEX KURA for an afternoon of sweat, laughter, and friendly competition at Bay Meadows Park.

June15, Music Recording at the Library. Register for a 60 minute session to record yourself playing music, singing, or doing a voice over at the Belmont Library.

June 18, Sensible Sushi. Draeger’s Market hosts Cooking School where you can learn a variety of sushi rolling techniques using an assortment of fillings.
