LIFT someone else up! Pantsgiving Returns to Bay Meadows…
In the spirit of giving, LIFT Exercise‘s 3rd annual Pantsgiving drive is in full effect! If you have unused or lightly used pants that you don’t need please bring them into the studio between November 11th to 30th. At the end of the month, LIFT will be donating all pants to a local clothing drive organization. Together we are better. So together, let’s GIVE.
We’re feeling pretty cozy about these community reviews! If you are looking for your fit tribe, give LIFT San Mateo studio a try!
“After long workout hiatus, I getting into my routine again. Lift has really helped keep me motivated with Barre and Spinning classes. The instructions are awesome and welcoming to newbies like me. Looking forward to trying out the heated HIT class.” ~Kristi Berg
“Fantastic classes. Instructors are very professional and motivating. The classes are designed in a way that you can always push yourself for more. Great music selection – not your usual billboard music. Clean facility.” ~ Hua Guo
“I’ve been stuck buying class packs at different studios since I like to change up my workouts… but no longer!!! LIFT has entered the San Mateo fitness scene!! LIFT has beat based bike, barre and a heated HIIT class (I took it this morning and am starting to feel all the DOMS) – you can also double dip and do back to back classes!” ~ Priscilla Chung
