The best thing about living in San Mateo is it’s easy to go anywhere in the Bay Area, from San Francisco down to Silicon Valley. And from Bay Meadows, you can bike directly to downtown San Mateo too. In addition to EV parking, you’ll find bike parking and even a bike repair workshop. Potential residents are always surprised to find the wide array of community amenities like local restaurants and shopping, proximity to local transit and highways, and lots of trails to walk their pets.

Quimby enjoys a vibrant Bay Meadows location with direct access to Town Square retail. Here, soaring ceilings, massive windows and a private spa are just a hop from inspired eateries, locally grown retailers, a community garden, Caltrain, and an abundance of parks and trails. Quimby centers you in more ways than one. Residents love the outdoor heated soaking spa and meditation gardens.

Quimby is very laid back, with really great finishes, the best amenities and an inviting entry.  My favorite floor plan would be the A 1 bedroom.  It has lots of storage space and the Jack and Jill bathrooms (situated between two bedrooms and is accessed through doors within each) make it convenient for entertaining.  My favorite amenity at Quimby is the Club House.  It is bright and well designed with a large Chef’s kitchen and huge entertaining TV.
