Dr. Bailony will explore the intersection between weight, the brain, and your health. Is weight an appropriate measure of obesity? He will challenge the audience to think about the obesity epidemic from a different angle.

Join us for a virtual tour of Trader Joe’s! We will peruse the aisles together and tell you what you need to know about healthy shopping, decoding nutrition labels, and our favorite store picks. We will also share our delicious recipes using Trader Joe’s products.
Intro to Mindful Eating (January 28th 7 PM PST)
Interested in making peace with food and finding balance in your diet? Join us for a Mindful and Intuitive Eating class! Mindful eating will allow you to become more in tune with your body and help distinguish emotional hunger from physical hunger. Intuitive Eating is a method for freedom from obsession over food.
