A Menu Made for Fall Feels
Bay Meadows’ retailers are celebrating fall with artisanal menu items reminiscent of all your favorite autumn outings. From apples to pumpkins and pretzels to pints, hightail it to Town Square for your favorites. ROAM Artisan Burgers has released their latest seasonal offerings, featuring that famous Fall Burger complete with pretzel bun plus Fra’mani ham, kraut and sweet mustard. Circle up round a firepit and share some soft pretzels and Chex mix at Fieldwork Brewing’s San Mateo Beer Garden. Select a weekly special at Slices San Mateo and receive 50% off. Warm up to a newly spiced latte at Blue Bottle or treat your little gremlins to something sweet from Tin Pot Creamery.
Bay Meadows is made for open-air dining with plenty of seating in Town Square, pocket parks with tables and even a beer garden. San Mateo’s 300+ days of sunshine are best enjoyed outdoors –take advantage of several outdoor spaces along Delaware Street offering bocce, picnic areas, ping pong and more.

ROAM Bay Meadows and Begin Your Season with a Bit of Bavaria
Introducing the Autumn Burger made with a Firebrand Pretzel Bun, Fra’mani Smoked Ham, Sauerkraut, Caramelized Onion, Swiss and Bavarian Sweet Mustard. Pick your patty of choice and pair it with Red Curry Fries with Coconut Lime Dipping Sauce. Add a beer or some Sparkling Apple Cider, the artisan soda of the season.
Roasted Sweet Potato Bisque is back – the flavors of this seasonal soup is rounded out with tangy Kaffir Lime, spicy Red Chiles and sweet Coconut Cream.
The Pumpkin Pie Shake or Sparkling Apple Cider will give you all the fall feels!
Adding to the autumn line up ROAM at Bay Meadows are salads such as the Farmers Market Salad (Mixed Greens, Pomegranate Seeds, Rainbow Carrots, Radishes, White Corn, Pumpkin Seeds, Chives, Mint, Avocado and Feta) and the Autumn Seasonal Chopped Salad (Red Quinoa, Sweet Potatoes, White Corn, Purple Ninja Radishes, Pomegranate Seeds, Arugula, Pickled Red Onions, Pumpkin Seeds, Feta plus Maple Vinaigrette).
Try hearty seasonal veggies as your whole dish. Order up the mix of Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Sesame Oil, Lime, Garlic and Red Fresno Chiles or a bowl of Rainbow Cauliflower with Mint, Capers and Harissa Sauce, which pairs nicely with a glass of wine.

Fieldwork Brewing at Bay Meadows offers eats in the open-air paired with your favorite sips. It just wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without a stein in hand, pounding down a number of seriously crushable Märzen Lagers. This Lager is super dry with malt notes of fresh baked bread, raw almonds, and biscuits while perfectly balanced with a clean bitterness and subtle floral hop notes.
