July 1, First Friday Nights. Swing into the weekend with music, science, animals and fun! On the first Friday of every month, from 5 pm until 8 pm, where parents and kids celebrate together at CuriOdyssey in San Mateo.

July 1, Pinstripes Summer BBQ Series. Head to the Pinstripes patio at Hillsdale Shopping Center for an all you can eat and drink party featuring Seismic Brewing who will be pouring a collection of their beers and music by Eric Prosch.

July 1-3, FoodieLand Night Market. FoodieLand in San Mateo is a foodie-inspired three-day event where family and friends gather together for food and drink, shopping, and entertainment.

July 2, Take A Hike Challenge 2022: Crystal Springs Trail. Kickoff at 9 AM at the North end of the Crystal Springs Trail on Canada Road at the Junction of Highway 92.

July 4, 4th of July in Central Park. Family fun activities at Central Park in San Mateo start at 11:00am, and the concert will be from 12:00-2:00pm featuring Club 90 (Party Mix).

July 4, Fourth of July Festival in Redwood City. Come be a part of the largest Independence Day parade in Northern California. End your 4th of July celebration with fireworks over the Port of Redwood City.

July 9, Reimagine Hillsdale Site Walk Tour. Join us for an interactive walk through the streets and neighborhoods surrounding Hillsdale with a Reimagine Team Member.

July 9, RADwood NorCal 2022. RADwood returns to NorCal in San Mateo. RADwood is a celebration of ’80s and ’90s automotive lifestyle.

July 9-10, Journeys & Destinations. Oceánica Ballet presents Journeys & Destinations, a showcase of ballets celebrating the places life takes us at the Hiller Aviation Museum in San Carlos.

July 16, CycleBar Pop Up Class at The Hillsdale Mall. The CycleBar pop up class will be 30 minutes long. Meet on the ground floor of the Hillsdale Mall right in front of the Macy’s entrance.

July 16, Super Hero Day. Head to Los Prados Park in San Mateo for Super Hero Day with a Kid Zone, deejayed music, inflatables, arts and crafts, photo booth, face painting, and family games.

July 24, Neapolitan Style Pizza. A new class from Baking Arts San Mateo featuring classic pizza made with hand stretched dough in the Neapolitan style.

July 27, Kids’ Air Fair. Join the fun at the Hiller Aviation Museum’s annual summer celebration of flight!

Wednesdays in July through August 24, Music in the Park. Redwood City is offering free music for TEN full weeks throughout the summer!

Thursdays in July, Central Park Music Series. Head to Central Park in San Mateo on Thursdays from 6:00-8:00pm this summer.

Thursday in July, Movies on the Square. Enjoy Downtown Redwood City on Courthouse Square by bringing the family out to a free movie through September 8.

Fridays in July through September 2, Music on the Square. Redwood City is bringing you FREE music for FOURTEEN weeks throughout the summer on Friday evenings from 6 to 8 pm.

Sundays in July, Concerts in the Park. Enjoy free concerts in the park all month long at Twin Pines Park in Belmont. Seating is on the lawn and concessions are available for sale.

July Bicycle Sundays. A 3.8-mile segment of Cañada Road along Crystal Springs Regional Trail is closed between the Filoli entrance and Highway 92 allowing for non-motorized activities.Smores
