The Apartment Collection at Bay Meadows invites residents to a NEW regular Final Friday event: Yarre with Amy Waldman from Shed Club San Mateo! Get ready to stretch, lengthen, fold and plank with neighbors in The Morgan Fitness Center. BYO yoga mat and strengthen your body and community connections! Meet in The Morgan Fitness Center at 5pm. Class will last approximately an hour. Residents who want to socialize after class may want to hit Fieldwork Brewing Beer Garden at Bay Meadows or ROAM Artisan Burgers in Town Square to extend time spent mixing with others. RSVP and Yoga Mat are required.

About Yarre Class: (Yoga +Barre) is for everybody! Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, ease of movement, balance and mobility. The class will explore the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip and shoulder openers.
