Our newest fit addition to the neighborhood, LFBA Studios San Mateo brings a fresh, elevated approach to fitness with the Lagree Method—now open at Bay Meadows. This full-body workout focuses on core, strength, and endurance, using spring resistance to deliver a low-impact (joint-friendly), high-intensity experience inspired by body-building principles. Expect high-intensity, low-impact, anti-inflammatory exercise methods that tighten, strengthen, and tone in as little as 20-minutes a session by incorporating bodybuilding principles and movements that use up to 600 muscles at once, a method extremely time-efficient for those looking for quick, long-lasting results.
