Bay Meadows

It seems like a short while ago when dozens of civic and business leaders gathered to break ground for Bay Meadows’ Town Square. Fast forward less than two years and SurveyMonkey has moved in, retailers are poised to open, and the heart of Bay Meadows is preparing to welcome the community.

Construction of our midurban village is progressing swiftly and shaping up beautifully. Many residents get a glimpse of various elements during their walks to and from the Caltrain station. We’d like to give you a sneak peek into a number of projects in development at Bay Meadows. Enjoy!

An ideally located community, Bay Meadows is only 10 minutes from Palo Alto, 20 minutes from San Francisco, and has 3 airports (SFO, OAK, SJC) within 30 miles. Bay Meadows is also located on Caltrain, which makes travel and commutes that much easier. Talk about convenient!
