Parks for You and Your Dog.
San Mateo County Parks and the Dog Work Group have significantly expanded recreational opportunities for dogs and their owners by allowing dogs on leash and on trail at several new park locations: Coyote Point Recreation Area, Junipero Serra Park, Devil’s Slide Trail, Pillar Point Bluff, Quarry Park, Mirada Surf, Coastal Trail at Fitzgerald Marine Reserve. Seal Point Park includes a multitude of pathways for walking, cycling, bird watching and a 3-acre to  dog park. Don’t forget Landing Green Park at Bay Meadows where you’ll often find other pet parents sniffing out good spots to play.  Walking around the neighborhood with special stops at Bay Meadows Park and the duck pond are also quite popular around here.

Blue Bottle Coffee in Town Square at Bay Meadows has tails waggin’ and people chatting over complimentary pup treats. Whether you’re savoring a latte while enjoying the public art, getting that cup to-go for your morning commute or just in need of an afternoon pick-me-up, Blue Bottle doesn’t disappoint. Outside, you’ll find a row of shady tables for warm days and benches in the full sun for people watching.
