Welcome Sheryl and Avram to Fieldhouse
Meet Sheryl and Avram and their adorable bichons. This family of four recently moved from San Carlos to Bay Meadows, where they fell in love with the community and all of the superb amenities Fieldhouse has to offer. They downsized from a single-family home to a “true sense of community,” Sheryl said, and they love living in an apartment with a lot less responsibility.
Another benefit that had them excited to call Bay Meadows home was the walkability to everything. Sheryl loves being outdoors, and on most afternoons when she isn’t working she is walking her two adorable bichons, Oliver and Simon. While Sheryl called the list of amazing amenities at Fieldhouse “practically endless,” one of her favorites is the dog washing station because it’s so convenient to drop in and give the dogs a bath.

Tell us some of your favorite amenities at Fieldhouse?
We love the gorgeous outdoor pool, especially on warm, sunny days. And we must mention the staff at Fieldhouse; Sunny and Tam (leasing agents) are always eager to help or just have a friendly conversation with the residents.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
We love getting out to walk to restaurants and meet new people. I frequent the fitness center at Fieldhouse. It’s a great facility with new equipment.
What made you decide to live at Bay Meadows?
It was really important to us to find a place that was dog friendly since we have two of our own. We fell in love with all the surrounding parks and the sense of community. Bay Meadows is conveniently located to many things, and it’s especially easy to get to San Francisco Airport in a flash.
