Construction Progress – Lookin’ Good!
Fieldwork Brewing Company is getting close to opening. Town Square is complete. The new apartments, Quimby and The Russell, are looking spiffy and leasing up quickly. Meadow Walk from Shea Homes, the final townhomes to be sold at Bay Meadows, are close to selling out with only 12 homes remaining.
The big story in construction is on the commercial side. The next office building, Station 2, just broke ground. Station 3 is nearly done and OpenText is poised to move in this fall. Meanwhile, Station 4 is humming with SurveyMonkey, Zuora and Ten-X. All eyes now are on the fun leisure areas, such as the beer garden and the ping-pong court.
