#VegOut and watch for these veggies this spring!
Sweet Peppers: Green peppers are actually the unripe form of the pepper. The colored sweeter varieties come in shades of yellow, orange, red, purple, and rainbow. Try them in everything from dips and salads to soups and stews.

Asparagus: Select bright green asparagus with closed, compact, firm tips. Avoid wilted or limp stalks, as that is a sign of age. Asparagus is packed with nutrients and easy to make ahead for a crowd.
