Red Hot Roundup makes its debut on October 16th featuring some of the Bay Area’s hottest food trucks at Paddock Park in San Mateo. Guests will enjoy a night of dining under the stars, with music by DJ Consuelo, lawn games, shenanigans from San Mateo Fire Department and prizes! Think you can beat the heat? Challenge worthy components at the SMFD and enter to take part in the “Hellfire” spicy hot wing eating contest featuring wings by San Mateo’s Gangnam Chicken. Practice your pepper eating, gather your friends and get ready for a spicy smackdown of hot wings! Know someone that can “beat the heat” and enjoys spicy food like no other? Help us spread the word! A limited number of contestants will have the opportunity to purchase tickets in our “Hellfire” challenge against the San Mateo Fire Department. One lucky winner will walk away with a weekend getaway to Calistoga’s Hot Springs! 50% of ticket sales benefit our local fire department.
