Construction Update: Meadow Walk Models and More
Bay Meadows is changing almost daily, with offices being completed, new homes nearly done and new mixed-use buildings rising quickly.
Meadow Walk
Meadow Walk from Shea Homes celebrated its grand opening in July with hundreds of guests flocking to see the new model homes. It’s not too late to get in on the Meadow Walk experience. Construction of these townhomes continues apace and the next sales release is on August 27th. Interested parties must pre-qualify with Shea Mortgage, so APPLY NOW.

Getting ready for the monkeys to swing in!
Well, Station 4 is looking spiffy and close to completion. That’ll be the new headquarters for SurveyMonkey, set to move to Bay Meadows in early 2017. Meanwhile, Station 3 is making excellent progress on construction, on track to be ready for occupancy in Summer 2017.

Mixed-use buildings and Town Square
The Russell and Quimby are not only getting ready for their close-ups. The two buildings will be ready for pre-leasing in October.
Offering 228 new apartment homes, with approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, including Blue Bottle Coffee and Tin Pot Creamery. This retail will frame up the Town Square experience—both literally and figuratively.
Bay Meadows’ Town Square is also well under construction and will be welcoming a new, exciting public art sculpture, to be installed this fall.
