Shea Homes of Northern California introduces Victory, 24 homes (only 2 remaining) thoughtfully designed with open concept interiors fitted with the finest finishes and amenities (hello, spa baths!) that stretch wide onto jewel box terraces for indoor/outdoor entertaining. Victory is surrounded by a thriving neighborhood alive with eateries, shops, acres of parks, miles of biking trails, even a community garden. For a behind the scenes look at the design-work and details, we caught up with the design source herself –  Julie Ann Stark, Principal and President of Design at CDC Designs.
