Bay Meadows

No longer a mall, but rather a destination with plenty of outdoor open-air seating and curbside service available, it’s wonderful to have a shopping, dining and entertainment venue such as Hillsdale Shopping Center just a short walk from your home at Bay Meadows.

A new Ethan Allen Design Center opened last month in the North Block Plaza at Hillsdale, offering a curated product gallery featuring the latest accessories and furnishings, along with interactive 3D rendering services and touchscreen consoles for design inspiration and customization.

Palette Tea Garden is also newly opened in the North Block Plaza. Offering a refreshed perspective of Cantonese cuisine featuring authentic dim sum, live seafood, and Pacific inspired cocktails in an outdoor patio setting, indoors you’ll find an 8,000 s.f. restaurant with a full bar, currently open for takeout or to be enjoyed on the large outdoor patio dining area.

Reservations and online takeout can be made online at www.paletteteagarden.com through Yelp, or order delivery through Doordash & Ubereats.

The Counter Custom Burgers has reopened for takeout and outdoor patio dining, featuring custom burgers and a full bar.

Pinstripes Bistro, Bowling and Bocce also recently reopened for outdoor dining with additional patio seating in the North Block, as well as takeout and catering service.

Many additional restaurants are open for takeout, including most stores in the Dining Terrace and other indoor food retailers.  More than 40 retail stores remain open for curbside pickup, and stores and restaurants with exterior entrances remain open, including Macy’s, Nordstrom and many others, as well as stores in the open-air North Block and South Block.
