A new clinic has opened at Hillsdale Shopping Center offering urgent care services and COVID-19 diagnostic antibody testing, and will transition to a full-service primary care clinic.  Healthcare provider Carbon Health is expanding its services in Silicon Valley this month to total an opening of three new clinics delivering primary care, urgent care and COVID-19 testing to the San Jose and San Mateo communities. The San Mateo Hillsdale Mall clinic opened February 8th at 70 31st Avenue and will follow with others in San Pedro Square and Almaden Ranch,  both in San Jose. All clinics will be open from 9am-7pm, 7 days a week.

The clinics join the company’s established Bay Area footprint including clinics in Santa Clara, San Francisco and Sunnyvale. The new clinics will first open for urgent care and COVID-19 diagnostic antibody testing and will transition to a full-service primary care clinic. Patients can book in-clinic urgent care and/or COVID-19 diagnostic PCR/serology antibody test appointments without a referral. COVID-19 testing appointments start with an on-site visit with a medical provider, followed by a diagnostic PCR or antibody test administered by an on-site nurse. Through the Carbon Health app, patients can access their test results, follow-up with their provider via chat, and book future appointments.
