Stock That Fridge with Fieldwork Brewing for Superbowl Sunday

Super Bowl Sunday. The greatest day in football! Super Bowl LVI 2022 will be played at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 13, with kick-off at 3:30pm. The Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams are meeting for the first time in the Super Bowl. The Rams are making their fifth post-merger Super Bowl appearance, while the Bengals return to the Super Bowl for the first time since the 1980s and Boomer Esiason-led teams.

The first Super Bowl in Los Angeles this century will feature a star-studded halftime show befitting of Hollywood. Pepsi, the NFL and Roc Nation announced that Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar will perform at the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show at SoFi Stadium.

There’s no better time to load up that fridge with beer from Fieldwork Brewing San Mateo – well known for the range and quality of beers, plus an ever-changing tap list of fresh releases. Fresh beer “to go” is available in 16 oz cans, growlers, and 32 oz Crowlers. Pre-order your Crowlers and cans now. FWB also offers same day delivery and pickup. Take a peek at their selection of starters (Pretzels!), salads and sandwiches too.

On the list of brew recommendations is Temples Tumble is back and available in 4-packs!

Fieldwork Brewing says, “While Citra hops have been the spine of our operations since day one, we’ve been really thrilled to see all of the new hop varietals challenging Citra for its throne; one of the most exceptional being Strata. For the dry hopping on Temples Tumble we use exactly a 50/50 blend of Citra and Strata so they can compete for your palate’s vote on an equal playing field. Both extremely potent and aromatic, this blend emits powerful notes of orange marmalade, passionfruit, mango, gooseberry, casaba melon, and a mild finish of the fruitiest jar of weed from your favorite dispensary. With a noticeable sweetness but mild malt character, a mellow bitterness from the Amarillo whirlpool, and a sticky mouthfeel, Temples Tumble has one of the juiciest profiles you could ask for.”

Additional recommendations include:

On game day, the snacks better be supreme. It’s a well-known fact that Super Bowl Sunday is mostly about the snacks, so while the top teams are facing off on the gridiron, make sure you’re serving crowd-pleasing finger foods. Even if you’ve enlisted the help of your guest and are planning a potluck-style spread of all the classics (like chili, chicken wings and fun desserts) you’re going to need to make a few snacks and small bites to round things out. ROAM Artisan Burgers and Slices San Mateo make it super easy to create a super spread with a selection of your favorite pizzas, plus burgers and fries!

If you want to spend time crafting up a curated spread in your kitchen, here are a few easy appetizers sure to score big points with your guests.

Smoked Gouda-Chorizo Jalapeno Poppers. Sunny Anderson browns chorizo before mixing with cheese, red onion, egg, cream cheese, sour cream and hot sauce.

Crockpot Beer Cheese Dip. Beer and cheese are diet staples on Super Bowl Sunday. When combined into an awesomely gooey and warm dip, they are a match made in snacking heaven.

Hawaiian Roll Sliders. These pull-apart sliders are layered with ham, Swiss, and caramelized onions. In other words, they’re impossible to stop eating.

Charcuterie Board. This over-the-top board will satisfy your whole crew. There’s something for everyone: meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits, and more.

Keto Nachos. The homemade chips are grain free and easy to whip up. Topped with cheese sauce, salsa, spiced chicken, guacamole, and sour cream, they’re a satisfying app for game time.

Italian Hero Sandwich. Hoagies. Grinders. Subs. Heroes. Whatever you call them, these gigantic sandwiches are the perfect game day fuel. They can be made ahead of time and feed a crowd!

Cajun Crab Poppers. These easy jalapeno poppers are stuffed with crab, cajun seasonings and bacon. They’re a little hot and spicy, just like a visit to New Orleans!
