Enjoy S’MORES 7 Ways This Summer
National S’mores Day is August 10th. This delicious and sticky summertime treat is loved by millions. S’mores usually consists of a roasted marshmallow with a layer of chocolate bar sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker, but the craze for our long standing campfire favorite comes with plenty of twists. Discover a few creative and tasty versions of the gooey chocolate concoction that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth.
Plan an evening under the stars with friends and end it with the S’mores Cupcake from our San Mateo neighbor, Sibby’s Cupcakery. The S’mores cupcake is a Graham Cracker Cake, with a Milk Chocolate Center, topped off with a Marshmallow Meringue. This seasonal flavor will only be available in the month of July, so stop by and give it a try!
S’mores Bars: Easy, 10-ingredient vegan gluten free S’mores bars with an almond-pecan-oat crust, chocolate ganache layer, and toasted vegan marshmallows. The crust is more of a granola mixture than graham cracker. The chocolate layer is a ganache/pudding hybrid. And the marshmallow topping is insanely fluffy and sweet.
