We’re excited to introduce you to Anaeli, our newest Sales & Marketing Associate on the Bozzuto leasing team at Bay Meadows. A Bay Area native, Anaeli has lived in San Francisco her entire life and brings with her a wealth of insider knowledge on the Peninsula’s dining scene—she’s the perfect person to ask when you’re searching for your next favorite restaurant. At Bay Meadows, she helps prospective residents find the right home within The Apartment Collection and supports current residents with their needs. “I really like helping people and being able to have conversations with everybody,” she shares. “Just helping them find a place they feel comfortable in is so rewarding.” Fun fact: she has a bulldog named Nala who she says secretly runs her life.

They love how clean and well-maintained everything is, and how seamlessly we manage the details.” Personally, Anaeli loves the summer and fall months at Bay Meadows. “There’s a warm and cozy feeling during that time, and there are always so many activities and things to do around the Bay Area.” And when she’s not assisting residents, you’ll likely find her out with Nala or enjoying her passion for food. A few of her go-to dishes nearby? The “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich at Mendocino Farms, the Superlative Bread Pudding at The Refuge, and a comforting bowl of Vegetable Noodle Soup at Pho Element.

As for her dream apartment within The Collection, Anaeli has a favorite: “I’d say The Morgan because I just love the layouts, the kitchen islands, and the large windows. I’d pick the Pine floorplan, or more specifically, Unit 420, because the high ceilings and den create a sense of comfort that really feels like home.”
