Whether you’re planning a trip for business or a night on the town – Caltrain makes it a breeze to hop on and go. You can take a walk over to the Hillsdale Station or even drop your car if needed in the plenty of parking. You’ll find lots of benches (some with shade), in this great location across the street from the mall. Here are a few more examples of how easy Caltrain can make your transit lifestyle:

Oracle Ballpark. Take Caltrain from the Hillsdale station directly to the Oracle Ballpark in under an hour to catch a San Francisco Giants game. With the San Francisco Caltrain Station located one block from the ballpark, fans arrive quickly, safely and energized to cheer on our beloved San Francisco Giants. Caltrain provides post-game Express train for evening games on weekdays and weekends.

Levi’s^® Stadium. Football fans heading to Levi’s^® Stadium can ride CalTrain to the Mountain View Station in a little over half hour and transfer to VTA light rail. On event days, Caltrain transports passengers from all locations to connect with VTA light rail trains or buses at the MV Transit Center, located at Evelyn Ave, and Castro Street. Chase Center. Your event ticket is your Muni pass for the day! On event days, Muni offers express service to/from BART connections to Chase Center. Check BART, Muni and Caltrain schedules to plan your trip. On event days, avoid ticket lines by purchasing a Caltrain Single Ride or Day Pass on the Caltrain Mobile Ticket App or at the Caltrain ticket machine before heading to San Francisco.

SAP Center. Ride Caltrain to the SAP Center in just over an hour. With the San Jose Diridon Caltrain Station located just across the street from SAP Center at San Jose, fans can leave the driving to Caltrain. Check the weekday and weekend train schedules for service to and from SAP Center.
