The coffee is delicious, which is to be expected with Blue Bottle. Excellent pour overs and espresso based drinks. But what prompted me to review it is that the staff is always so consistently kind to me. From replacing my spilled drink to perpetual kindness during a morning rush, this staff always makes my day! ~MIlana King, Googe Review
Steeped overnight with dried fruits and seeds, the oats become pudding-like and are ready to eat straight from the refrigerator. A surprise ingredient—pomegranate molasses—brings an irresistible sweet-tartness. “We also lightly spice the oats with just enough nutmeg to pair nicely with coffee without overwhelming it,” Hourie says.
