Bay Meadows

After watching Bay Meadows develop from just a few blocks away, Shannon and Sean decided they wanted in on the action and decided to move! We are thrilled to welcome these long-time San Mateo residents to Bay Meadows.

So far, they love how Bay Meadows is such a tight knit community where everyone is welcoming and friendly. Shannon said, “We’ve met so many wonderful people here and we look forward to forming close friendships with our neighbors.”

Here are a few other things that excite them about their new home:

“We love our double vanity in our master bathroom. It’s so nice that we don’t have to “battle” over the sink in the mornings”

“We also love the great appliances in our new kitchen. Shannon loves cooking so it makes it so much more enjoyable to have spacious countertops”

“Everything is walking distance from gorgeous parks to picnic in or taking a stroll over to Whole Foods. The list of what we love goes on…”

When asked about their favorite amenities at Bay Meadows, Sean replied, “this is a toss-up between gardening at Persimmon Park and taking our son to Paddock Park, especially on Momdays!  My son loves playing in Paddock Park and it’s another way to meet great people in the community.
