The Peninsula Museum of Art in Burlingame hosts a Family Fun Day on May 6 to explore art and creativity.

E komo mai (means “welcome” in Hawaii). Bring the ohana and celebrate this big annual Polynesian Festival on the lagoon in Leo Ryan Park in Foster City May 6th 10am -5pm. FREE admission! The El Toro Sailboat Race, starts at the Boat Park /Dog Park, Foster City
Saturday, May 13th at 11am. Some two dozen sailors are expected to compete in this annual “Flight of the Bulls” El Toro Sailboat race. The 3-hour race traverses the length of the lagoon from Boat Park through Central Lake to Sea Cloud Park and back. (free)
