Four for the Win at Victory
What do you get when you pair a consultant and a realtor who then befriend a husband-and-wife attorney team who all live in the same apartment building in San Francisco?
Why, new homeowners at Bay Meadows, of course!
Patrick and Stephanie met Thomas and Eimi four years ago. Despite the fact that their residences have bounced around all over the region since then, they are ecstatic to have snagged two new homes next to each other at Bay Meadows.
While their most recent addresses are in San Francisco, these two couples have had their eyes on Bay Meadows, keeping a close watch on progress for Victory, the single-family homes from Shea Homes.
“These homes are really spacious,” noted Stephanie.
“And we’re big fans of RH, obviously,” added Patrick, referring to the renowned home furnishings brand formerly known as Restoration Hardware, which is supplying fixtures for Victory homes.
“Plus, there aren’t that many new homes on the Peninsula,” Stephanie chimed in.
The quartet admitted that they love city living, but also desired a stronger sense of community than they experience in San Francisco.
Thomas noted that the location is perfect, being in the center of the Bay Area. He’s the attorney working in San Francisco and looks forward to commuting on Caltrain. Thomas’s wife Eimi works at Tesla in Fremont, so access to the East Bay is about equal to her husband’s commute, albeit in the opposite direction.
The couples chose the Martingale collection for their Victory homes. Although, Thomas confides, “Truthfully, we’re happy to have any of these homes because of the competitive nature of the lottery.”
When asked what they’ll look forward to most, Thomas nudges his buddy, “Patrick has A LOT of ideas!”
“We’ve thought about having a joint house-warming party, Sunday football parties … our balconies are right next to each other, so we’ve joked about throwing footballs between the balconies!” Patrick said.
Yes, you could say these four friends scored a win with Victory at Bay Meadows. Touchdown!
